Lanyue Technology relies on the Crystal R&D Center of Tongji University and mainly uses the guided mold method to prepare sapphire crystal raw materials. The guided mold method uses a special mold with a capillary to grow sapphire crystals. The thermal field temperature gradient is relatively constant, which promotes stable crystal growth and uniform composition. As a result, a sapphire irregular blank determined by the surface shape of the mold top can be obtained.
